For an early Christmas gift, we received a family membership to the Washington Park Zoo in Portland, (Thanks again Julie, Jim, and Joshua!). So, Nicholas and I ventured out, just the two of us, to the zoo this last week before the rain set in. We had fun talking about the animals and being on of the few people there on a week day morning. No matter how many times we go, ( so far we have been three times since August :) it never gets old!
