This was the 1st year Nicholas was able to Trick or Treat! We dressed him as Charlie Brown, a costume that I made. Last year he was only a month old and slept as we walked from house to house. Needless to say, Matt and I were very excited to share this tradition with Nicholas. We started out at the Vancouver Westfield Shopping Mall. It was packed with little ones going store to store getting treats. Our favorite costume we saw was this little girl around 2 years old that was dressed as a Starbucks worker! She had black pants, white shirt, and a mini green Starbucks apron! (Man, why didn't I think of that!) Nicholas loved seeing all the other kids.
After the mall we had dinner with our friends, the Harvisons', and headed out to the neighborhood. Nicholas loved being in the wagon with his friend Noah and waving around his glow stick. He got lots of candy to share with Mom and Dad :) We were out till 8:30pm and he crashed in the car on the ride home. Over all a great Halloween!
