The week of Christmas was very exciting. Aside from the usual anticipation of gifts and food, we had a record snow fall and ice. Celebrations were almost canceled, church was cancelled, and Matt had to work his days off due to the weather. It was beautiful, but after about 10 inches of snow and a quarter inch of ice over the course of 10 days, Matt and I were ready for the snow to say good-bye. On top of everything else, Matt was sick so we only took Nicholas out once to play, (it proved to be difficult to march through the snow by my self with Nicholas since it was so slick and deep, Matt's help was needed.) We are glad that "Arctic Blast 2008" is now starting to melt
